How do you catch Pokémon in PokeIsrael?
Enter a wild battle and use a Pokéball from your inventory to catch a Pokémon. Lowering its HP improves your chance, but the result also depends on the Pokémon and the ball you use.

What should you prepare before searching?
Check that you have a Pokémon fit to battle and Pokéballs in your inventory. Use the Pokédex to read about your target, including the region and habitat information displayed on its page.
A habitat or rarity entry does not guarantee an immediate encounter. Availability and search options are determined by the game.
How do you attempt a capture?
Captures take place in wild battles. Pokéballs cannot be used to take another trainer's Pokémon.
- Encounter a wild Pokémon in Battle Area.
- Lower its HP carefully. Less remaining HP improves your chance, but leave it conscious.
- Open the battle's item options and choose a Pokéball you own.
- Check the result before choosing your next action.
What affects your chance and what happens next?
The calculation considers factors including the species' catch value, rarity, remaining HP, and ball power. Beginner assistance also applies under certain conditions. The Pokédex catch value is not the success percentage of your next throw.
A failed attempt consumes the ball and lets the wild Pokémon counterattack. A successful catch joins your party, or goes to your house if the party is full.
